From the Distillery:
Distilled in our Straight Neck stills and collected at high strength, the unpeated spirit reveals a vibrant orchard fruit style. Maturation across first- fill, refill and re-charred American Oak casks builds depth, while a full Oloroso Sherry cask finish adds gentle spice, dried fruits and lasting richness.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: This whisky opens with notes of honey, vanilla and raisins
Palate: On the palate, toffee sweetness develops alongside peach, orange and brown sugar.
Finish: The finish is medium in length, smooth and rounded, with gentle spice and dried fruits
